This book examines the simultaneous impact of response to environmental turbulence and integrative capabilities on firm performance through the mediating role of technology orientation and business model transformation. Firm Performance Improvement depends on business model transformation and technology orientation built by developing responses to environmental turbulence and integrative capabilities. The transformation of business models and technology orientation as variables that fully mediate firm performance. This study has limitations because it is based on a cross-sectional study and may not capture the dynamics of the variables studied for an extended period (longitudinal).
